1. Who we are and what this covers
Unfollow for TikTok ("we", "us") is an independent browser extension and website operated from the European Union. These terms apply to the extension (free and PRO plans), to this website, and to any purchase of a PRO subscription. By installing the extension or buying a subscription you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or purchase. Our privacy policy explains what data we process and is part of these terms.
2. What the extension does
Unfollow for TikTok automates repetitive actions on your own TikTok account — unfollowing accounts, liking videos and posting comments that you write yourself — inside your own browser, using the tiktok.com session you are already logged into. It never asks for your password and never logs into your account from our servers. The extension is a tool; you decide what it targets, at what pace, and within which daily limits. 3. Independence from TikTok
Unfollow for TikTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok Pte. Ltd. or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of TikTok Pte. Ltd., used here only to describe the platform the extension works with. TikTok's own terms of use apply to your account and to how you use it; automation of any kind may be discouraged or restricted by the platform, and TikTok may change how it works at any time without notice. You are responsible for how you use this tool on your account, and we recommend the conservative defaults and the guidance in our safety guide.
4. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: 7 unfollows, 7 likes and 7 comments per day, renewing daily. No account, no credit card, no time limit.
- PRO plan: €9.99 per month, billed monthly, giving up to 150 unfollows, 200 likes and 50 comments per day with adjustable limits, one-click protection of your whole following list, and priority support. Applicable VAT is added at checkout where charged; the exact amount is shown before you pay.
PRO is linked to the TikTok account you connect in the extension (identified by its numeric user ID), not to a separate login. We may change prices for new subscriptions; existing subscribers are told in advance and can cancel before any change applies.
5. Billing, renewals and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe, named on the checkout page and on your receipt. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt, from the billing page, or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your PRO access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We never charge you after you cancel.
If we ever have to change payment provider, your existing paid period is honored in full and we will contact you before it ends with a way to continue.
6. Refunds
PRO is a digital service that starts the moment your payment goes through. Before you pay, you can try everything the extension does on the free plan. Because of this, payments are not refundable once PRO has been activated, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude: if you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase by emailing [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and we refund the part of the period you did not use. We honor one refund per customer. Refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method, and PRO access ends when the refund is issued.
Renewals: you can cancel at any time before the renewal date from the billing page; renewals that have already been charged are not refunded. If something didn't work as described, tell us — we would rather fix it, or refund, than argue.
7. Acceptable use
Use the extension only on accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Do not use it to harass, spam or deceive anyone, to post comments that break TikTok's community guidelines, to circumvent restrictions TikTok has placed on your account, or in violation of any law. You are responsible for every comment the extension posts on your behalf — they are your words, published from your account. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the extension or its PRO licensing. We may suspend or end access for use that breaks these rules.
8. Availability, changes and support
TikTok changes how its pages work under the hood without warning, and when it does, the extension (like every tool of its kind) may stop working until we ship a fix. We aim to respond quickly — our changelog is the public record — but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or any specific outcome, such as follower growth or engagement. We may add, change or remove features; material changes to PRO are announced in the extension or by email. Support is available at [email protected]; PRO subscribers are answered first.
9. Your data
The extension processes data on your own device. The only information sent to our servers is your TikTok numeric user ID and your daily action counts, used solely to enforce plan limits, plus the email address you use at checkout, which Stripe shares with us to issue and manage your subscription. We do not sell data and use no third-party analytics or trackers. Details, retention and your rights (including deletion on request) are in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The extension and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for any action taken by TikTok on your account. In any case our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You can stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it; cancel PRO as described above to stop billing. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which we operate and by applicable European Union consumer law; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected. If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top and, for PRO subscribers, notify you by email or in the extension before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
